Managed by experienced primary school teachers, we provide our professional staff with regular industry recognised CPD and regular training to develop all staff’s knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning to constantly improve the service they deliver to schools.
PE deliverers employed by the PE and Sports Hub are required to have at least 1 NGB Level 2 qualification as well as suitable experience of primary school PE and school sport. More importantly we look for individuals that share our passion to ‘make a difference’ within the field primary school Physical Education. In 2016/17 all staff will have or be working towards either a Level 3 or Level 5 Primary school PE Specialism qualification. In addition, all staff are qualified first aiders, have attended a child protection course and hold a valid DBS certificate.
Quality assurance is extremely important to us and we endeavour to carry out termly observations on the delivery of each staff member, in addition to progress meetings with each school on a regular basis.
